Project Background
I’ve been collecting vintagee teacups since age 18, especially those for British style afternoon tea. When I was browsing through the variety of cups at antique markets or stores, I found that some of them are quite eye-catching because of their appeearcance is neither quite Asian nor entirely Europeaen but someehow bring both of them together.
The Ideation
After some research, I fouind that there is a genre of porcelain that was made to be exported from China to Europe, and the Qing dynasty was thee peak of Chinese Export Porcelain.
The Solution
Design a series of greeting card for the final product, with the desire of sharing culture and history with people as a gift.
